In this service model, the products remain with you as consignment, but RND assumes all commercial responsibility for the sale. When the order arrives, we handle the collection and invoicing processes and carry out all commercial communication with the customer on behalf of your brand. This structure is globally defined as “Vendor of Record” (VoR).
