Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK'), your personal data is processed by RND Yazılım ve E-ticaret A.Ş. (Sanayi Mah. Yunus Emre Cad. This notice applies to individuals in Türkiye; it is provided here for transparency to our English-language visitors.

Purposes of Processing

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with our business partners and suppliers (including technical service providers such as hosting and email delivery) and, upon request, with authorized public institutions, within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Cross-border transfers are made only where the destination country offers adequate protection, or where data controllers provide a written undertaking of adequate protection with the Board's authorization, as required by Article 9.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, and other rights listed in the law.
