"Who is RND?" usually comes with a second question: what exactly does this team do in e-commerce, and which services does it offer a brand?
RND is an Istanbul-based e-commerce operations partner. We store products, prepare orders, keep stock and order flows in sync across channels, and run customer experience with the same operational discipline. Our role is to make the brand's last contact with the customer, the right product, at the right time, with the right experience: reliable.
Our Role in E-Commerce
Growth in e-commerce is often split into three pieces: warehouse, software/integrations, and customer communication. RND's role is to unite those pieces under one accountable partner. The brand scales products and campaigns; RND carries stock, orders, courier cut-offs, and returns in the background.

### Technology platform With Shopify, Magento, and marketplace integrations, stock and orders are tracked in one panel, so channels do not sell disconnected inventory.
### Marketplace management From listings to campaign operations, we take the operational load so the brand team can focus on product and pricing.
### Customer experience From pre-sale questions to post-delivery support, we act as the brand's voice. When ops and CX share the same SLA language, complaints close faster.
